The Macallan 12-year-old has a rich gold colour and an aroma of vanilla with a hint of ginger, which tastes deliciously smooth on the palate.

A Sherry wood matured 12-year-old from Macallan, a superbly balanced affair, one of the best of its age group.

Nose - Vanilla with a hint of ginger, dried fruits, sherry sweetness and wood smoke.

Palate - Deliciously smooth, rich dried fruits and sherry balanced with wood smoke and spice. Finish - Sweet toffee and dried fruits, with wood smoke and spice.

Black Label: Amber. Sweet buttered caramel and coconut husk aromas follow through to a round medium-bodied palate with lightly toasted malt, peat, and dried fruit flavours—a pleasant brush of peppery spice, a dash of iodine, and toffee.

Chivas 12 Years is a blend of precious malt and grain whiskies from across Scotland. Each matured from a minimum of 12 years in carefully selected sherry and bourbon casks.

Nose A creamy, aromatic melange of vanilla custard, hints of aniseed, lemon curd and butter toffee. Wood shavings and dried banana chips develop with just a hint of cassis.

Palate: More of those banana chips showing through on the palate, this time there's a creamy hit of barley malt too, pepped up with a little allspice—notes of ground walnut and caramel.

Finish: Light spice and black pepper on the tail. Lingering notes of cereal sweetness.

Glenfiddich is still one of the great Speyside distilleries, and the 18-year-old proves why it’s so revered. This is a beautifully balanced whisky, with the sherry influence dominating but not overwhelming the flavours imparted by the bourbon barrels. 

Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish.

Nose: A vibrant aroma with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak.

Palate: Richly delivers luxurious dried fruit, candy peel and dates. It was overlaid with elegant oak notes.

The Balvenie Doublewood 

Acquires its complex yet rich and smooth taste from its maturation in two different types of oak cask.

Years of maturation in Traditional whisky casks mellows the maturing spirit and imparts warming layers of vanilla spiciness. Further maturation in European oak Sherry cask increases complexity bringing fruity, honeyed Depths to the resulting single malt.

This whisky is similar to Speyside whiskies, fruity on the palate with hints of spice and chocolate typical to ageing in casks previously used for bourbon.

Amrut Indian single malt whisky is made from Punjabi malted barley, characterised by spices and ripe fruit, and is matured in casks previously used for bourbon.
